Guide roll used in paper, textile, printing and dyeing, iron and steel industry, from the drive guide, material selection, high-quality, seamless, roller surface coated rubber, composite, Copper or Chrome.
Paper machine guide rollers are divided into two types: felt guide rollers and wire guide rollers.
The guide roll is a common component in papermaking, and it plays the role of supporting the wire, wet felt, anddryer felt during operation. Our roll surface covered rubber ,thickness is 10-12mm,rubber is from Stowe Woodward, or Chrome.We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roll.
Structure
The guide roller is composed of a roller body and spokes arranged at both ends of the body. The roller body is usually composed of stainless steel pipe and the coating layer on the outer surface of the circumference of the stainless steel pipe. The rubber coating material is mainly rubber, polyurethane and other polymer composite materials. The rubber coated roller has good wear resistance and good surface smoothness.
