SUN HONG produces a complete range of high quality stainless steel woven wire mesh and wire cloth products, including Square Opening Series Stainless Steel Wire Mesh varies from 1 to 635 meshes and Dutch Woven Series Stainless Steel Wire Cloth from 12x64 mesh to 400x2800 mesh.
Stainless steel screen printing mesh is widely used for screen printing in screen printing in Printed circuit board,Solar Battery,Liquid Crystal Display,Chip Electrical Components,Flat Panel Display,Glass industries.

Materials

1)304 Stainless Steel Wire Cloth is the most common stainless alloy used in wire weaving. Excellent corrosion properties and can withstand temperatures of 1100 Degrees F.

2)304L Stainless Steel Wire Cloth has similar properties as 304ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.

3)316 Stainless Steel Wire Cloth has similar properties to 304ss but is stabilized by the addition of Molybdenum for increased resistance to chemical corrosion.

4)316L Stainless Steel Wire Cloth has similar properties as 316ss but lower carbon content to permit better welding.

Structures
Woven patterns: applied for stainless steel wire mesh or wire cloth.It can be plain weave, twill weave, Dutch plain weave or Dutch twill weave Stainless steel wire mesh being used for paper making. It has the properties of superior tensile strength, bending strength, abrasion resistance and stretch ability.
