Cylinder Mould

Cylinder mould is a key core component of cylinder paper machines, mainly used for forming and dewatering of paper pulp in the wet end of paper making. It is composed of high-quality stainless steel mesh, frame, support ring, shaft head, sealing ring and other parts through precision manufacturing and assembly. With stable structure, uniform drainage, high strength and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in tissue paper, kraft paper, cardboard, packaging paper and other paper production lines to ensure good paper forming and stable quality.

Main Functions & Purposes

As the core forming component of the cylinder paper machine, the cylinder mould undertakes the key tasks of pulp adsorption, preliminary dewatering, fiber interweaving and sheet forming in the wet end of the paper making process. When rotating in the pulp chest, it uses the pressure difference between inside and outside to evenly adsorb pulp fibers on the surface of the stainless steel mesh, so that fibers are distributed uniformly and form a continuous wet paper sheet with even basis weight. At the same time, it quickly removes a large amount of water from the pulp through the mesh gaps, laying a solid foundation for subsequent pressing and drying. It cooperates with the couch roll and felt to complete the transfer of wet paper sheet, ensuring stable forming, reducing paper defects such as holes, spots and uneven thickness, improving paper evenness, tightness and surface smoothness. It can adapt to various pulp raw materials and different production speeds, and effectively reduce paper breakage rate, thus ensuring stable operation of the whole paper production line and improving overall production efficiency and product qualification rate.

Cylinder Mould Fomer

A complete set of mould former include: cylinder mould, couch roll , guide roll, felt foil box ,movable spray pipe ,frame and base plate .
Foundation part including sole plate, anchor bolt ,nut etc. foundation drawing content : reserve hole position ,size, elevation, the static and dynamic load of each driving point. it is only for technical reference. the sole plate material is cast iron HT200 , through 2 times again eliminate stress processing.

Production process: blanking → welding frame → rounding correction → polishing → mesh wrapping → tension adjustment → sealing installation → dynamic balance correction → pressure test inspection. Strict control ensures stable size, firm mesh and long service life.
