Introduction
The sensor adopts rotary shear force measurement, which has the advantages of high signal sensitivity and strong resistance to zero drift and changes in pulp flow velocity, impact vibration, and the like. S990C internal rotation pulp concentration sensor is the most reliable and stable pulp concentration sensor in application. The sensor adopts the method of pipeline measurement, the installation is simplified, and it is easy to use with the controller and DCS. The sensor has a solid structure and good measurement repeatability, and can give a full range of pulp concentration values. It is suitable for all kinds of pulp measurement, and the measurement is not affected by fiber composition, beating degree, filler, air bubbles, pressure, vibration and so on. The S990C pulp concentration sensor uses a microchip processor to directly convert the shear force signal into the pulp concentration, and considers the compensation of various influencing factors. The sensor uses a built-in conversion curve, pre-calibrated at the factory, one-point calibration on site, easy and accurate installation and adjustment. The sensor can give the absolute value of pulp concentration in the full range. The sensor can be connected to the controller or DCS using standard 4-20mA signals or digital communication. The sensor converter is equipped with a keyboard and a digital display, and the setting operation can be completed directly on the converter without using other auxiliary equipment.
