Headbox is the key of paper machine,the function is supplying uniform and steady pulp flow to paper machine wire part. Different pulp, different machine speed, different flow the design of headbox is different.
The hydraulic headbox is suitable for paper machines with a speed of 300-750m / min and less than 1760-5500. The slurry flows through a group of tube bundles with small diameter and step change from the conical slurry distribution main pipe and enters the slurry stabilization chamber. There is an attenuation chamber above the slurry stabilization chamber. It has air cushion and spray device to eliminate bubbles and reduce pressure pulse and leave overflow outlet. The slurry under constant pressure flows through the turbulence generator from the slurry stabilization chamber. Reach the weir plate on the convergence channel.
