The low vacuum suction box combines the two functions of pressure difference dehydration and scraping, so that its dehydration capacity is larger than that of the case roller and the chopping board, and is smaller than that of the ordinary vacuum box. It absorbs water but does not inhale (the paper sheet before the water line is a suspension body, no air passes through), so it is called the low vacuum suction box.

Structure
Low Vacuum Suction Box is fixed on a closed box by several panel strips with sharp front edge, forming a wide box surface with multiple narrow slots. The panel material is the same as the chopping board. The box is welded with stainless steel. Vacuum is produced by water regression.

The Low Vacuum Suction Box has stable dehydration, easy adjustment, high retention rate of fine fiber and filler, which can improve the difference between the two sides of the paper; instead of the table roller or cutting board, it can shorten the length of the web, or reduce the concentration of the pulp on the net, so as to improve the uniformity of the wet paper forming.
