Product Description

The dewatering elements used in paper machines include dewatering board (or wiper board), forming board, vacuum suction tank panel and vacuum suction box. The pulp is leveled through the forming board, and a small part of water is removed at the same time. Then it enters the dehydration plate to scrape off the moisture, and finally enters the vacuum suction tank panel for forced dehydration by vacuum.

The dewatering element includes forming box, wiper board, fekt suction box, vacuum suction box, vacuum suction tank panel etc.
 

 

Structure

The vacuum box is composed of box and panel.

1. Box body: it is usually welded with cast aluminum, stainless steel or steel plate, and it was also made of wood in the past. The two ends of the box are equipped with amplitude modulation device to adjust the width of suction port, but most paper machines do not change the width of the paper machine, so they are usually fixed after adjusting the closed position of both ends of the suction tank according to the width of the papermaking. At one end of the box, there is a suction port connected with the vacuum system.

2. Panel: the width of vacuum panel is generally 250 ~ 300 mm.

1. We choose the number of vacuum box according to the type of paper, paper machine model, copy speed etc, generally we use 7 ~ 9 boxes.In the folder or stacked network paper machine, due to the wet paper page dryness greatly improved, the number of suction box greatly reduced, usually only use 2 ~ 5, or even 0.

2. In order to adapt to the changes in the dryness of the wet paper sheet, the vacuum level of the suction box should be gradually increased.

3. You can't just increase the vacuum to force dewatering, which would accelerates the wear of fabric, and has a negative impact on fabric's lifespan.
