It match with hydrapulper use. It twists all light impurities from waste paper stock such as wires, plastics, cottons yarns into a strand. which is taken out from pulper by the control of ragger.
The variable frequency speed regulating motor drives the winch to rotate slowly through the transmission main shaft through the reducer. A strand of rope formed by winding impurities in the hydrapulper is continuously pulled out. The running speed and direction of the strand rope can be adjusted according to the process requirements. The upper pressing roller compresses the strand rope, and its pressure can be adjusted by the air cylinder lifting device, or the strand rope can be pressed by the weight of the pressing roller itself. The guide roller supports the strand rope and reduces the running resistance of the strand rope.
The ragger mainly consists of the case, drive unit, winch wheel, elevator with loading wheel, etc.
The drive unit consists of the drive shaft, bearing, winch wheel and the 2-stage reducer connected directly with the motor.
The elevator with loading wheel consists of the pneumatic cylinder, reversing valve, loading wheel and loading arm, etc.
