Suction Press Roll is one of the main dewatering parts in press section of paper machine.The roller shell of suction press roll designed by our company is made by precision machining with SUS304 stainless steel rolling. The roller surface openings are arranged into a double helix, the opening rate is more than 18%, effectively improve the strength and dehydration uniformity of the roller shell.
The coated material specialized in stainless steel shell, which has perfect flexible quality, uniform modality big tapping area(Max:50%),specially designed buffer layer can disperse stress and mechanical shock resistance effectively when operating, meanwhile dehydrate well, and the nip pressure is low relatively, which can prevent dandy marks and crushing of paper sheet, so the sheet has high quality, and the felt has a long life. Additionally, it has a longer grinding cycle ,wear,and chemical resistance.
Two rolls: one is chrome-plated roll or artificial stone roll, the other is special rubber for sizing, the top roll is fixed, the side of the rubber roll is pressurized, the pressure is pneumatic, and the hyperbolic pneumatic tire device is adopted. The maximum linear pressure does not exceed 400KN/M.
The sizing temperature,wear resistant and corrosion resistant materials ,and the strength and toughness can withstand the impact of filler,and the adhesive surface has good surface properties.

In order to prolong the service life of the drum, the drum must be well maintained.
1.Clean the dust and other foreign matters on the drum regularly ;
2.Regularly check whether the welding between the drum shell and the end cover is firm;
3.Good lubrication to reduce wear loss;
4.Avoid overload operation and prolong the service life of the drum.
1.Clean the oil and dirt on the machining surface of bearing seat assembly;
2.Place the bearing pedestal on a platform and check the basic dimensions according to the drawing;
3.Check the vertical and horizontal centerline of the bearing seat position on the upper surface of the frame again and confirm that it is correct;
4.Hoist the bearing pedestal in place with workshop crane;
5.Align the bearing pedestal, check the vertical and horizontal centerline and elevation, and confirm that they are correct .
