Low consistency cleaner is suitable for cleaning fiber suspension with the consistency 0.4-1.2%.
It can efficiently remove light impurities,hot melt impurities,heavy impurities,pulp rejects,etc.In addition,it can also remove foamed plastics,cork prior to paper machine.

Application

Centrifugal cleaning is applied extensively in the approach system of paper machine,pulping and deinking system of waste paper.It can remove hot melt materials,ink particles,fiber lump,fine and geometric-shaped light and heavy impurities from paper stock effectively. It can produce pulp for high quality paper without over-standard stain and dirt contents.
It can efficiently make coarse screen to the waste paper pulp,simplify the processing procedures and reduce power consumption.

Working Principle

Pulp stock at 0.5 to 1.0% consistency feed through inlet pipe header to the cleaners and the stock enters the tangential inlet which accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Contaminants like dirt, shive, and specks with high specific gravity are forced to an outer wall of cone and downward through reject outlet orifice to reject header, the reject is again feeding to the 2nd stage of cleaners.

The cleaned pulp stock rises upward and goes via accepting header to the upstream system, at the bottom of cleaners have dilution water headers with individual elutriation line provided to eliminate the fiber loses.
