After importing foreign technology for digestion and absorption, we have innovatively developed DD series double-disc pulping machine according to the original double-disc pulping machine produced by our company.
This series of double-disc refining machine is widely used for beating straw pulp, waste paper pulp, hardwood pulp and coniferous pulp. It is equipped with manual and electric operation configuration to realize manual and electric operation, or with automatic control system to realize constant energy consumption control or constant power control mode of beating, so as to ensure stable beating effect.

Twin-screw extruder makes use of a pair of twin-screw extruder to make the black liquor between the fiber and the fiber discharged through the medium, shorten the bleaching time and bleaching times, achieve the purpose of saving water resources, multiple series counter-current washing, the effect is better. The black liquor has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, less fiber loss, small fiber destruction and easy operation.

Process introduction:
Different materials (concentration, temperature, tapping degree, ingredients) are evenly arranged in a special feeding box on a filter screen with gravity dehydration zone to remove free water, and then enter a "wedge" type dehydration zone, so that the material is subjected to mild extrusion of the upper and lower nets, and the free water in the material is continuously removed, so that the material completely loses its flow. The tension between fibers increases greatly, and the concentration of the material reaches 6-10%. Then it enters the cyclotron (adjustable range) dehydration zone to remove free and combined water from the material. The dehydration zone makes the concentration of the material reach 10-14%. Then it enters the pressing dehydration zone to force the removal of combined water and intracellular water from the material. So that the concentration of materials to more than 30%, through the discharge scraper to scrape material cake to the next process (such as material containing steam, the whole machine set up a closed hood, the steam out).
