Application
This machine introduces foreign exquisite coater technology, combined with many years of experience in production of coating machine. This machine adopts two coating methods: comma scraper and netting. Comma scraper coating is used for adhesive coating, while netting coating is for silicone oil coating. It is widely used for producing various coating products such as high temperature adhesive tape, aluminum foil tape, kraft paper tape, BOPP tape, etc.
Performance and characteristic
1. The whole machine is controlled by 7 frequency conversion motor, and the tension (unwinding, coating, traction and winding) of the whole machine is automatically controlled by the Western door PLC system. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved through the control and display of the touch screen of the human-computer interface.
2. The form of the discharging rack is electric turnover double station, and the magnetic powder automatic tension control is adopted.
3. The comma scraper roller clutch is pneumatically operated. The clearance adjustment is controlled by the left and right gear box micro adjustment devices. The thickness of glue is determined by the feeler gauge.
4. The bottom coating oven is 9 meters, and the surface coating oven is 27 meters. The temperature is controlled independently in 9 sections. The heating adopts electric heating, hot air entering drying system and adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The wind power of inlet and exhaust air is strong and the drying is complete.
5. The guide wheel in the oven is synchronous with the main engine, and the transmission is driven by synchronous belt wheel to reduce the material tension and deformation. The cylinder top opening type oven and membrane piercing operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
6. The intermediate tension of coating roller and traction steel roller is synchronous, which is controlled by PLC automatically
7. Automatic meter and speed control device.
8. EPC ultrasonic edge aligning machine is used to correct the deviation, so as to make the material winding orderly.
9. Key type air expansion shaft is adopted for retraction and release, and safety chuck is equipped for convenient operation of loading and unloading.
10. High precision up pressure type traction device, steel roller cooling adopts water circulation type, through the cooling roller, the film is smoother, smoother and smoother, and the cooling effect is better achieved.
11. The take-up frame is electric flip type double station, the winding adopts double frequency conversion motor, and the vector frequency converter is controlled by PLC computer system.
