Product Description

Pressure Screen Rotor

The screen rotor is installed at the inner of pressure screen basket, it works with screen basket to screening reject pulp out from the pressure screen.

Working Principle

The screen rotor is equipped with 3-4 rotors, which are strictly balanced after assembly to prevent vibration during high-speed rotation. The rotor is installed on the main shaft, and the rotor is mounted on the rotor through a screw rod. The gap between the rotor and the screen drum can be adjusted. The coarse screening rotor adopts a drum type external rotor structure and corrects dynamic balance. This structure can prevent impurities from entangling the rotor and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
