The whiteness tester is used to measure the whiteness of objects, and also to measure the transparency, opacity, light scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of paper.

Application

1. Determine the diffuse reflection factor of blue light (R457) of the sample, which is called "blue brightness" or "ISO brightness".
2. The paper analyzes whether the sample material contains fluorescent brightener, and can determine the brightness of fluorescence produced by fluorescence emission, that is, whiteness.
3. The intensity stimulus value Y10 of the sample was measured, namely, the diffuse reflection factor ry of green light.
4. The opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of the sample were measured.
5. Determine the ink absorption value of paper and board.
