Working Princple of Pressure Screen

When the negative pressure continues to increase, the screen drum outside the part of the good pulp through the screen drum to return to the screen drum, play the role of backwash adhering to the screen drum on the pulp and coarse fibres, so as to ensure that the pressure sieve work normal operation, the rear edge of the rotor wing, resulting in the largest negative pressure, the negative pressure after the rotor wing is gradually reduced, and rely on the pressure difference between the slurry and the other rotor wing to promote the start of the next cycle again.

Material of the Screen Basket

Wedge bar material is SUS316L and will no fiber string after mechanical polishing,while good machining ensures matching of wedge bar and reinforce ring and result in evenly screen cut.Proper wedge bar should be selected according to raw material,processing position and so on in order to develop good performance and achieve optimized screening effect.

Structure of Slotted Screen Basket

1.Increase the open area, save the energy consumption and save the operating cost.
2.Electrolytic polished and chrome coating will extend the life time of screen baskets.
3.All parts connected by welding,flanges welded before machining,machanical polishing of flanges.
4.Good in Screen bar's arrangement in order to increase the efficiency of the treatment in a certain stock pulp level and increase the speed of stock pulp through the screen basket.

Wedge Wire Screen Basket Deviation of slot width should be controlled within ±0.02mm. Chroming:Chroming thickness is 0.20-0.30mm. Surface hardness≥HRC:60-66(HV700-900) Plate area :0.4m2-23m2.

Drilled Hole Screen Basket Pore size deviation:±0.05mm Chroming:Chroming thickness is 0.20-0.30mm. Plate area :0.4m2-23m2.
