Product Description

Paper Machine Air Bellow

The air spring is used in paper making machinery . It is used for stroke adjustment and tension control of pneumatic net blanket corrector, calender, press, scraper net part, dehydrator and other parts. The rubber air spring can well control the offset of net blanket and find the balance point in a short time, in order to achieve its stable operation. Therefore, rubber air spring is rated as the preferred product of paper making accessories by the majority of users.

Working Principle

During operation, compressed air is filled into the air bag through the air inlet valve to form a closed air chamber, realizing elastic support through the compressibility of air:

1. When the equipment generates vibration and impact, the air bag contracts under pressure, and the air is compressed to absorb impact energy, achieving "soft landing";

2. When the vibration weakens, the air bag rebounds and resets to keep the equipment stable;

3. The spring stiffness and support height can be flexibly adjusted by regulating the intake pressure to adapt to different paper types, speeds and load requirements.
