Audited Supplier Table Roll

Scope of Application:
The table roll is used in low-speed paper machine, when the speed of the paper machine is higher than 300m/min, the pulsating vacuum suction generated by the table roll will interfere with and destroy the fiber layer that has been formed on the web. Instead of the grooved table roller, will reduce some of the pulsating suction. When the speed of 600m/min, no longer use the table roller, and use other dehydration components instead . When the wet paper passes through the table roll, it undergoes two vertical pulse changes, which cause disturbances in the paper stock, which have an important effect on the forming and dewatering of the paper sheet.
a. For low-speed paper machine, this disturbance is relatively gentle, can promote fiber dispersion, reduce fiber flocculation, on the page forming benefits;

Arrangement of case rolls:
Low-speed paper machine: first dense and then sparse.
High-speed paper machine: first sparse and then dense or first sparse in dense and then sparse.

Grooved Table Roll
