Calcium Carbonate / Cement Board Felt

This felt is used for making calcium carbnate cement board felt. 

1. The function of the cement board felt : It has three major functions in the manufacture of cement boards and tiles: forming, filtering water and transmitting and conveying;
2. The structure of cement board felt: It is a needle-punched felt with a multi-layer monofilament bottom mesh structure. The raw materials are composed of 100% nylon staple fibers and monofilaments. It is a safe product that is harmless to the human body;
3. The characteristics of cement board felt: It has the characteristics of uniform internal quality, good air permeability, fast water filtering, stable size, smooth operation and long service life.
 

 

Calcium Carbonate Cement Board

Cement board, also known as cement pressure board, fiber cement pressure board or cement fiber pressure board, is a new type of building board made of natural fiber and cement through pulping, forming, cutting, pressurizing and curing. It is a new type of building material made of silica gel and calcium materials as the main base material, cellulose fiber reinforcement material, other auxiliary materials, and formed by copying and high-pressure curing.

Sun Hong Making Process for Making Felt

The Felt is composed of base fabric and fiber layer. The base fabric generally accounts for 30%-50% of the finished product weight. The base fabric is made of nylon filaments as warp and nylon monofilaments as weft. The fiber layer is made of nylon staple fibers combed into a net, and then repeatedly pierced by the triangular needles of the needle punching machine, so that the fiber layer and the base fabric are firmly combined together. It can protect the base fabric and increase the water filtration effect.
