Product Description

Centrifugation is actually a manifestation of the inertia of an object. For example, when a stone is pulled by a string in a circular motion, if the speed is too fast, the string will break and the stone will fly out. This is called centrifugation.
Centrifugal pump is designed according to this principle. The high-speed rotating impeller blades drive the water to rotate, and the water will be thrown out, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying.
 

Working Principles

The liquid rotates with the impeller, and under the action of centrifugal force, it moves to the outer edge along the channel between the blades, with the speed increases and the mechanical energy improves. Subsequently, the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the worm shell. The flow channel of the worm shell gradually expands and the fluid velocity slows down. The liquid kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy and the pressure rises. Finally, the liquid flows out of the worm shell through the discharge conduit into the piping system.
 

Points for Attention

1. The pump should be added enough lubricant (added to parallel with the shaft) before start. When the pump works, the lubrication parts are not allowed to lack of oil.
2. The pump should stop running in time after closing the outlet valve, so as not to cause vibration and damage to the machine parts. If the pump stops working for a long time, it should be flushed with water so that  slurry will not clog pipeline and the pump body, affecting the next time to use.
