This series of medium and high consistency cleaner use the principle of centrifugal force to separate the slurry and impurities through the difference in the proportion of impurities and fibers in the slurry to achieve the purpose of slurry purification.

Design Feature

Feeding pipe with a certain angle of inclination will form a strong force of vortex flow to separate the heavy impurity effectively.
Cone body is adopted alumina wear resistant ceramic which ensure long useful time.
Two-cone structure reduce fiber loss while raise heavy impurity separation efficiency.
Controlled by PLC automatic system,economize on manpower and materials.

Basic working principle

The working principle of the Stuff Cleaner is designed according to the principle of centrifugal force. By accelerating the solid particles in the pulp, it can effectively remove the slag from the pulp by the settlement caused by gravity and the separation process caused by centrifugal force.
Its structure is mainly composed of a circular platform vertebral body below and a cylindrical cylinder above.

Application

High consistency stuff cleaner can operate continuously at the consistencies of up to 2.5~5% in order to eliminate heavy impurities larger than Φ3mm in diameter from waste paper stock.
High consistency stuff cleaner can eliminate heavy impurities in diameter from waster paper stock.As a coarse screening and cleaning equipment, it is usually a downstream equipment of hydrapulper. It can also be installed as an important equipment to product the operation of down-stream processing equipment.
