Function:

Application:
The table roll is generally used in the speed of 300m / min or less on the paper machine.
In the middle and high speed paper machine with the speed of 300m / min or more, the use of table roll may lead to some problems such as the phenomenon of pulp skipping and the dewatering effect of the table roll can not be adjusted according to the requirements of the quality of the paper.
On low-speed machines, especially when using slow-dehydrating sticky pulp, the rolls are arranged densely and then sparsely.
On high-speed machines, the rolls are usually arranged sparsely then densely or sparsely.
On high speed papermachine, several table roll near the breast roll are often replaced by grooved table rolls. This can make the dehydration moderate, conducive to the uniformityof the paper.
It is generally believed that: the wider and more grooves, the lower the dehydration capacity. Grooved table roll's dehydration capacity is only 1/2-1/10 of that of the ordinary table roll.
