What is Table Roll

Structure

Table roller is an ordinary thin-walled steel tube roller. There are also glass fiber reinforced plastics, which is conducive to reducing weight.
The diameter of the table roller: The main thing is to ensure that the roller body has sufficient rigidity and the stability of the rotation speed, so it is related to the speed and width of the paper machine. The higher the speed and the larger the width, the larger the diameter of the table roller must be. A dynamic balance check must also be performed.

Grooved Roller

Function: When the vehicle speed is high, several case rollers near the breast roller are often replaced by grooved rollers. In this way, dehydration can be eased, which is beneficial to the uniform forming of the paper sheet. It is generally believed that the wider the groove, the lower the dewatering capacity, and the dewatering capacity of the grooved roller is only 1/2~1/10 of that of the ordinary roller.
