Function
Dryer fabric is a drying part of wet paper web. The conventional drying system can dry the wet web from 60% moisture to 2% moisture with help of drying fabrics. drying fabrics play an important roll for giving a final shape and parameters to the paper drying fabrics are also known as conveyor Belts.
Classfication
Spiral Dryer Fabric
Spiral Dryer Fabric is a medium to high permeability Spiral Dryer Fabric used in conventional locations. It is made of hydrolysis and abrasion resistant PET, but its edges cannot be reinforced by yarn. Their air permeability ranges from 150 to 900 CFM, depending on the type of filler wire inserted in the spiral.
Spiral dryer fabric has a specially designed spiral structure that allows for rapid drainage, superb distortion resistance and eliminates the need for conventional seams compared with the woven polyester dryer fabric. Meanwhile, it allows the filtered cakes to be removed quickly.
Flat Dryer Fabric
The warp thread is flat wire, which is a layer and a half braided structure, which improves the stability of the mesh.
The braiding structure concept of large warp section can improve the operation efficiency, reduce the pulling of the dry web on the paper sheet, reduce the wear of the paper on the dry mesh, and improve the service life of the dry mesh. The smooth surface of dry mesh greatly improves the heat transfer and drying capacity.
Round Dryer Fabric
It is a braided dryer fabric with four healds and double layers. It is made of circular high-strength warp and weft.
The stable operation of the double-layer warp knitting machine and the operation of the double-layer web are ensured. The uniform and smooth surface of dry mesh greatly improves the heat transfer and drying capacity.

Maintenance and Use
Maintenance: If the paper pulp contains a large amount of waste paper, then the cleanliness of the dry web is very important. Some impurities can adhere to the dryer web so that the ability to evaporate water is limited. Make the paper web thinner and even appears paper holes.It is recommended to clean it in time with high pressure or with professional cleaning equipment.
Use: Generally, the drying part of the paper machine adopts a double-row drying cylinder arrangement. The upper and lower drying cylinders are equipped with a dryer screen, it will press the paper against the surface of the drying cylinder and leads the paper runs around the dryer. By using the temperature of the dryer to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the paper, and then take the wet air away with natural ventilation or necessary mechanical ventilation, so the paper is dried.
