Structure

Corrugated roller is divided into upper and lower corrugated roller. The upper and lower roller surfaces are female. The two rollers are matched and assembled, and their meshing mechanism is different from that of common gear transmission.

The lower corrugated roller is an active roller, and the shaft end is equipped with gear. The motor drives the lower corrugated roller to rotate through the deceleration device. The upper corrugated roller is driven roller, which is driven by the engagement between the upper roller teeth and the lower roller teeth. In order to make corrugated paper form between upper and lower corrugated rollers, a certain pressure must be applied on the upper corrugated roller. So the upper corrugated roller can move along the connecting line direction of the upper and lower corrugated roller axis in addition to rotating around its axis.

This movement is to apply radial pressure to both ends of the upper corrugated roller through cylinder, which causes the meshing corrugated roller to produce the undercut pressure.

Working Principle

In the process of ironing and bending with high-speed and continuous feeding, the corrugating base paper continuously moves with the corrugating roller top under the action of online pressure and produces friction and extrusion. Due to the impact of inclusions and mineral hard particles in the base paper, the corrugating roller top is severely worn and gradually grinds from circular arc to irregular shape.
