Single Facer
Single side machine is one of the important equipment in corrugated box production line. The mechanical equipment of single side machine for producing corrugated core paper (the special name for corrugated paper in paperboard) is known as the heart of "corrugated paperboard production line" in corrugated packaging industry.

Structure
The single side machine is composed of a roll holder and a single-sided corrugated forming machine. Firstly, the corrugated core paper is heated, then the corrugated roller is used to make the required corrugated type. Finally, the corrugated paper is glued (starch adhesive) and bonded with the single-sided corrugated paper to form single-sided corrugated board. The heating methods of core paper include steam heating, electric heating and oil heating.
Single side machine processing corrugated type can be customized for or according to needs.

Main Feature

1.Adopts the hood suction type structure, matches the high pressure strong fan. Air absorption and silencing device, air source and electrical control concentrated in the same operating cabinet, distance from the main engine is not less than 1.5 meters, the operating side is completely closed full hood.

2.Base and wallboard cast iron wall,Wallboard thickness130mm.universal Joints.

3.Corrugated roller material adopt  48CrMoalloy steel,quenched,Laser hardening,Surface finish,main roll of corrugated diameter¢ 280mm,surface hardnessHRC60degree above.The key parts of the tile and pressure roller bearings Wafangdian produce high temperature bearings.

4.Pressure roller ¢ 284mm,surface grinding and chrome-plated;cylinder control and remove up and down, 45 carbon steel materials, quenching (with cushioning devices).

5.Pneumatic control glue to glue back, glue roller diameter ¢215mm,Engraved polished surface after a 25-line pit style textured machined chrome plated,after scraping the roller surface polished hard chrome plated.

6.Corrugated roller, pressure roller materials provided by the Central Plains Steel,High on corrugating unilateral 0.15mm, 0.075mm high pressure roller unilateral. Plus stopper. ¢ 160mm cylinder with compression cylinder.

7.Preheat roll adopt seamless steel pipe production by tiangang ¢ 300mm,connecting with metal Hose.
