Product process

BOM Felt is composed of bottom net layer and fiber layer. The bottom mesh layer is made of monofilament, monofilament and multifilament composite chemical fiber materials. The single layer, double layer, multi-layer (1 + 1, 1 + 2, 2 + 2) and other organizational structures are made by using different weaving technologies; the common synthetic fibers in the fiber layer mainly include nylon staple fiber, polyester staple fiber and other fiber raw materials; the staple fibers with the same or different thickness are laid in layers on the bottom net, and then The bottom mesh layer and fiber layer are processed by needling, heat setting and other special post finishing processes to make BOM felt.

Maintenance

1.The front and back sides of BOM paper making felt have different properties. Before using the machine, the front and back sides must be checked. They should not be installed upside down. They should run in the direction specified by the arrow.
2. make sure to flatten before pressing. Before normal paper production, the felt tension should be tensioned once, without the need for early relaxation operation, middle and late tensioning operation. The general tension requirement is 2.45 ~ 4.41kn/m.
3. the time required for the BOM felt without pressure setting and chemical treatment to run without air is relatively long. Alkali water is used to soften the surface fiber during the idle running, so as to improve the adaptability of the felt in the initial paper production.

4. BOM felt should be used with high-pressure mobile water needle, fan-shaped water spray, vacuum suction box, etc. The water pressure of the high-pressure mobile water needle should be different according to the speed of the vehicle. It is generally required that the water pressure of the fan-shaped water jet is 0.2-0.4 MPa, and the suction vacuum degree of the vacuum box is required to be above 0.030 MPa.
5. BOM felt washing requires a combination of continuous washing and regular washing. Wash and use some special detergent and nonionic surfactant for paper making felt regularly. High pressure water gun and detergent are used to wash the key dirty parts. If acid pickling is needed, the washing time and concentration should be controlled. Generally, it is required to wash with dilute acid of no more than 5% for 15min, and rinse with clean water in time.
