The wet paper is produced in a continuous high-temperature rotary dryer through a rotary dryer. When the formed paper is about to leave the yankee cylinder, the paper is continuously peeled off by the wrinkling scraper installed on the banner of the yankee cylinder. This peeling produces continuous extrusion effect at the local contact between the paper sheet and the knife tip, making the paper form tiny, fine and uniform wrinkles. Through this wrinkling process, the toilet paper can have good softness, uniformity and water absorption. This is an irreplaceable hard core of quality assurance in the production process, which shows the importance of creping doctor in toilet paper production.
Creping doctor are usually used in the paper industry to produce tissue paper, such as toilet paper or tissue. Separate the paper from the hot dryer and apply compression to the sheet,so that product the typical wrinkle structure of tissue paper.
Once in the maintenance period, the doctor blade is usually easily ignored. But some simple routine maintenance can keep the equipment running efficiently.One of the most effective ways to check the same problem is to check the blade with vision. The first very effective routine is to change the blade as often as necessary. When the blade is worn, the angle between the blade and the roller will change, thus reducing the cleaning efficiency of the blade. When the width of the blade is worn by 6 mm to 12 mm, the blade needs to be replaced.
The second important component that needs to be paid attention to is the doctor holder. Any damage to the doctor holder will affect the pressure between the blade and the roller, and the damaged doctor holder should be replaced in time.
During each inspection, the pressure device and swing device in operation should be carefully checked. When defects are found, they should be repaired.
