Product Description

Reaction bin is the key equipment used to heat and soften materials or impregnate chemicals for reaction purpose. The materials fall into the reaction bin at its top feeding port and is then heated by steam. After staying in the bin for a certain time, the materials is continuously output by the discharge screw shaft at the bottom of the bin. The variable-pitch screw shaft can ensure the stable material level and constant reaction time in the reaction bin and make the reaction uniform and sufficient so as to create conditions for the subsequent hi-consistency refining.

Structure

Structure: The reaction bin is mainly composed of the upper square conical bin body and several parallel discharge screw shafts at the lower part. The screw shafts have spiral blades with varying pitches and diameters (or with constant diameter) .

Features

In case of good raw material status, the innovative bottom structure of the bin can make the steam distribution more uniform and the pre-heating steaming more sufficient, and also reduce bridgings.

And for these raw materials with irregular shapes such as bamboo chips, corn straws, wheat straws

and tree barks, the preheating bin is with forced conveying design.
