The experimental comparison shows that when the concentration is 3%, it is 55% higher than the mixed flow type. When the concentration is 5%, it is 80% higher than the turbine type, and 20% higher than the mixed flow type. It is suitable for straw pulp, cotton and linen, rags, etc. it has the characteristics of non agglomerating, non dimple pulp and large propulsion.

Structure

It is composed of motor, box, motor base plate, impeller assembly, bracket, main shaft, etc.

The impeller is mounted on one end of the spindle. The blade angle can be adjusted according to the slurry concentration to achieve the ideal mixing effect.

Agitator supply includes: box, impeller assembly, spindle, pulley, V-belt, shield, flange, motor.
