On the bottom supporting plate, a strip base with fixed spacing distribution and parallel to each other is arranged; a dewatering hole is arranged between two adjacent strip bases; two ends of the dehydration hole are equipped with a pull-out sealing strip; a middle seat is arranged on the strip base; the middle seat is connected with the strip base through a T-shaped structure; and the middle seat is provided with a wear-resistant strip The wear strip is connected with the middle seat through dovetail structure, and the wear strip is made of silicon nitride.

Application

The felt is an important dehydration part of paper machine. In the process of papermaking, the fine fibers, fillers, rubber and other materials in the paper are easy to adhere to the felt, resulting in the blockage of the pores of the felt, which affects the water absorption and filtration of the feltt.

In order to make the felt recycled, a felt suction box is set up in the return journey of the felt. The water and blockage are removed through the water suction box, so that the pores of the felt are unblocked.

Our Advantages

The contact area between the dewatering panel of the original felt suction box and the felt is provided with a wear-resistant layer, which is made of alumina ceramic, glass and other materials. After being used for a period of time, the smoothness of these wear-resistant layers decreases due to wear, resulting in increased friction and damage to the felt. And the wear-resistant layer is fixed on the dehydration panel as a whole, and its replacement is more complicated.
