Product Description

The air spring is used in papermaking machinery in the papermaking industry. It is used for stroke adjustment and tension control of pneumatic net blanket corrector, calender, press, scraper net part, dehydrator and other parts. The rubber air spring can well control the offset of net blanket and find the balance point in a short time, so as to achieve its stable operation. Installation
Installation precautions:
1. The rubber air spring shall not be exposed to the sun and shall not be inflated without restraint.
2. Rubber air springs must be restrained by suspension or other structures.
3. The rubber air spring shall not collide with sharp objects during installation and operation to avoid blasting.
4. The inflation pressure of the rubber air spring and the stroke height of the air spring shall not be higher than the pressure value and stroke height specified in the product data.
5. Improper use or excessive stamping may lead to decapsulation blasting, resulting in property damage or serious personal injury. We are not responsible for improper use.
