Product Description
Pulp tank propeller is a new kind of pulp agitator equipment, which is one of the necessary equipment in pulp and paper industry. The selection of pulp tank propeller is an important link in the expansion, new construction and transformation of pulp and paper process. It is suitable for square and round pulp tanks with data concentration of 4-7%. It has the advantages of small volume, fast mixing time, good mixing effect and easy maintenance.
2. The equipment is reasonable in structure, convenient in manufacture and maintenance, matching with the slurry tank, and can be called the most ideal mixing equipment.
3. This product is suitable for mixing all kinds of pulp tanks. The efficiency of this machine is high. The experimental comparison shows that when the concentration is 3%, it is 55% higher than the mixed flow type. When the concentration is 5%, it is 80% higher than the turbine type, and 20% higher than the mixed flow type. It is suitable for straw pulp, cotton and linen, rags, etc. it has the characteristics of non agglomerating, non dimple pulp and large propulsion.
The impeller is mounted on one end of the spindle. The blade angle can be adjusted according to the slurry concentration to achieve the ideal mixing effect.
Agitator supply includes: box, impeller assembly, spindle, pulley, V-belt, shield, flange, motor.
