Blind hole pressure roller is another improved pressure roller developed on the basis of groove pressure roller in the 1970s. The blind hole pressing roller is also hung with rubber or polyurethane on the iron roller core. A blind hole with a hole diameter of 2mm and a depth of 12 ~ 15mm is drilled on the rubber coating surface. Two rows of alternate blind holes with different depths can also be drilled. The opening rate of the blind hole pressing roller is about 25% ~ 30%, and its eye hole volume is about 5 times larger than that of the groove pressing roller, so it can hold more pressing water.
