1. Put the forming fabric into the workshop one week in advance to make it get used to the temperature change.
When put on the fabric, stay away from sharp edges and open fires.
2. The application temperature shall under 150ºC, the tension of single-layer polyester forming wire should be controlled at 40-50N/cm, double and triple layer at 60-70N/cm.
3. Because of the special nature of the forming fabric raw material, please pay attention to the scientific use of cleaning agents, chemical cleaning must choose neutral or 5% cold alkali solution with soft brush, and then immediately rinse with water.
