Spiral Polyester Filter Mesh
The spiral filter mesh is to add filler wire into spiral ring to reduce air permeability and material loss on the screen surface.It is mainly used for belt dewatering machine. It's apply to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, alcohol, vinegar, coal washing, mining,paper pulp washing, sludge dewatering and drying industry.
Main Features
1. The glue used on both sides of the filter is latex.
2. Soft and uniform, not easy to fall off.
3. The surface of the filter is smooth, and the mud cake is easy to peel off.
4. The filter belt is easy to wash.

Sludeg Dewatering Belt
The suldge dewatering belt are mainly used for the belt filter press machine, rubber belt vacuum filter machine, horizontal vacuum belt filter. It applicable to various diameter size of the sludge filter press and paper mill pulp squeeze, squeeze fruit juice concentrates and other specific industry.
1. Due to the mesh belt is designed in a herringbone shape, the sludge and the mesh belt can be separated quickly, it is not easy to stick to the sludge, and a large amount of sludge can be discharged;
2. Easy to clean, quick and convenient to connect;
3.The glue used on both sides of the mesh filter is latex, which is soft and even and not easy to fall off.
Anti-static Conveyor Belt
The anti-static conveyor belt is mainly used in chemical fiber, dry paper, fiberboard continuous press mesh belt,continuous pre-press mesh belt, and material needs conductive, antistatic industry. The equipment using polyester fabric will produce high friction electrostatic when it runs at a high speed. To dissipate this static electricity, conductive threads, normally bronze or stainless steel wires are woven through the polyester fabric. And this new fabric is generally called as anti-static filter fabric. Our range of anti-static filter fabric is widely used in various aspects including pulping drying, chemical fiber industry, high density board, sludge dehydration, conveyor belt, environmental protection, vacuum filtration, rubber and chemical industry, etc.When the equipments which are using polyester fabric are running in high speed, it can produce friction electrostatic. There is a conductive fiber through the polyester anti-static fabrics which can release the friction electrostatic, thus play a role in anti-static.

The filter cloth is also widely used in Vacuum belt dehydrator,level of vacuum belt filter ,vacuum belt type filter press,vertical automatic pressure filter,multiple disk filter,vacuum drum filter.
Desulfurizmation fabric made from mixed polyester monofilaments and multifilaments, also performs excellent in areas of flue gas desulfurization and filtation such as sludge dewatering . Desulfurization mesh fabric is also called as vacuum filter belt as it matches with a wide range of vacuum filtration machines.
