2450-1200 Crescent Former Tissue Paper Machine
This machine is a single wire, single-carpet, multi-point drive crescent former tissue machine, mainly divided into the forming section, pressure-drying section, electric control transmission section, paper winding section, etc. It has a reasonable structure, a compact layout and a small footprint.

Wire Section
The forming section consists of hydraulic headbox, forming rolls, water catcher, net section, white water tank, guide rolls and clearing roll scraper, etc.

Press & Dryer Section
The pressing and drying section is composed of a set of Ø3660mm steel Yankee drying cylinder plus a vacuum roller, a blanket loop and a frame, etc. The vacuum roller press is pressurised with an air tyre. A carpet loop is connected with the moulding section, equipped with pneumatic calibrator, electric tensioner, carpet guide roller, high-pressure moving spraying pipe, low-pressure fan-shaped spraying pipe and other carpet conditioning washing devices. The drying cylinder adopts rolling bearings with thin oil lubrication system.
