Application:Breast rolls are mainly used for the wire section driving and dewatering.It not only have strong power,more important is have higher demands for surface covering,with wear-resist and not damage the web,to extend the service life of web and reduce production costs.
Function:
1.The breast roller is the first roller on the paper machine. It is the beginning of the net table. Its function is to support the forming net. The forming net changes direction on the breast roll, and after passing through the breast roll, the non working face of the forming net becomes the working face.
2.The breast roll is also a dehydrating part of the Web table. The pulp on the breast roll can take off part or most of the water.The dewater can be controlled by the landing point of pulp flow. If the pulp flow directly falls on the breast roller, a large amount of water can be removed, and part of the shape setting effect can be achieved. If the pulp flow is sprayed on the forming plate, the dewatering effect of the breast roll is very small, and the forming of the paper sheet is controlled by the table roller or dewatering plate.
1.The breast roll is of tube roll structure, and sufficient rigidity and minimum deflection shall be applied to prevent copper mesh from wrinkling. In order to reduce the load of the chest roll driven by copper mesh, the weight of the breast roll should be light. Generally, the breast roll of small and medium-sized low-speed paper machines has no medium height, while that of large-scale high-speed paper machines is slightly medium high.
