Rewinder is a paper-making equipment, its use is the paper machine produced by the original paper rolls for sequential rewinding, paper after rewinding made into finished paper factory.

The rewinding machine is a special equipment for paper, mica tape and film. Its purpose is to rewind the paper roll produced by the paper machine (called the original paper roll), and the paper is re-rolled to make the finished paper. The AC drive of the factory rewinding machine has replaced the DC drive in the paper machine industry and has become a development trend.
 

The paper roll taken by the reel is relatively soft, the inside may be damaged or broken, the edges on both sides are not neat, the paper, the width of the sheet, etc. can not be directly used in paper processing or printing machines, most paper types (such as Newsprint, letterpress printing paper, wrapping paper, etc.) must be cut thqrough the rewinder, cut, joints, re-rolled on the paper core to form a certain specification, the finished paper roll with a certain tightness requirement can be shipped.

The Function of Rewinder

Rewinding process is mainly to complete three tasks:
First, remove the raw paper burrs.
Secondly, the whole sheet of raw paper cut into a number of widths in line with user specifications.
Third, control the roll diameter of the finished paper roll, so that it meets the factory specifications.
