Corrugating Cardboard Conveyor Belt

Conveyor belts are specifically developed for double-sided machines in corrugated systems. Their main task is to transport corrugated cardboard smoothly and dry it as much as possible. The belt bears enormous stress from temperature, contact pressure, friction, tensile stress, and moisture.
The conveyor belt is composed of multiple layers of fabric. The tear resistant, heat-resistant, and wear-resistant fibers give the belt excellent motion and transportation characteristics. This ensures the safety and reliability of your production process.

Drive roller coating is a product specially designed and developed for quick replacement of old coating on drive rollers. It is composed of 2 layers of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant silicone and conveyor belt, especially suitable for tile lines with a speed of over 300 meters per minute and a small drum diameter. The installation time can be shortened to one tenth of traditional rubber wrapping, easy replacement, and no residue left on the roller surface. Since the aging resistance of silica gel is far better than that of rubber, the friction coefficient can be kept consistent throughout the service life. Even if the surface silicone layer is worn out, the silicone that seeps into the conveyor belt can still maintain a certain friction force to ensure that customers can continue to use it until the planned replacement time. The silicone layer in contact with the inside of the conveyor belt can be thickened according to customer needs, usually 2mm thick.

Q1: What types of corrugator conveyor belts do you produce?
A: We produce three main series:

High-temperature needled belts for double baker drying section (Kevlar edge reinforced optional);
Lightweight breathable belts for single facer & cooling section;
PVC/PU anti-slip belts for post-processing machines like printer, slitter and folder gluer.

Q2: Can you customize the conveyor belts according to our machine parameters?
A: Absolutely. We customize thickness, width, temperature resistance, air permeability and edge reinforcement (Kevlar) based on your corrugator model, working temperature, board layers (3/5/7 layer) and local production environment.

Q3: What temperature range can your high-temperature conveyor belts withstand?
A: Standard belts resist 170–190℃ for steam-heated hot plates; ultra-high temperature Kevlar belts support 190–210℃ for thermal oil heating corrugators.
