This product is a professional paper making equipment equipped with a scraper, which is precisely adapted to the drying, coating, pressing, and toilet paper wrinkling parts of various paper machines. Its core function is to efficiently scrape off pulp residue, oil stains, and debris on the roller and cylinder surfaces, eliminating paper wrinkling, stains, and uneven thickness caused by unclean roller surfaces. At the same time, it protects valuable components such as drying cylinders and calendering rollers from damage, significantly improving the quality of paper products, reducing downtime and tool changing frequency, and lowering production costs. It is suitable for various paper production lines such as cultural paper, packaging paper, toilet paper, and specialty paper. It can be customized according to customer paper machine models, speeds, and production needs.

Made of high-purity specified materials with advanced processing technology, it fits different papermaking conditions, balances practicality and economy, and is suitable for various paper machine parts and paper types.

Specific types:
Carbon Steel: High hardness, good strength, low cost, suitable for low-speed paper machine mesh/pressing parts, basic scraping needs, easy to process and maintain.
Stainless Steel: 304/316 substrate, excellent rust/corrosion resistance, tough, high precision, suitable for medium-low speed paper machine pressing/mesh parts, longer service life than carbon steel.
Phosphorus Bronze: Moderate hardness, wear/corrosion resistant, high precision, suitable for high-speed paper machine drying/coating parts, protects valuable components.
HPDE Polymer: Self-lubricating, non-stick, wear/corrosion resistant, lightweight, suitable for toilet paper machine creping/coating parts, improves paper smoothness.
Glass Fiber: High strength, high temperature/aging resistant, moderate cost, suitable for medium-low speed paper machine pressing/mesh parts, easy to process.
Carbon Fiber: Lightweight, high strength, low friction, wear/corrosion resistant, suitable for toilet paper machine creping and high-speed paper machine key parts, extends equipment life.

Application of Doctor Blades

According to the application parts and functional requirements of paper machines, they are divided into three core types that are suitable for different working conditions. The specific classifications are as follows:

1.Coating Blade: Mainly used in the coating section of paper machines, its core function is to measure coating slurry, scrape off excess slurry on the roller surface, ensure uniform coating, avoid uneven coating, sagging, exposed bottom and other problems, improve the surface smoothness and coating adhesion of coated paper, and adapt to high-precision coating production lines such as copperplate paper and coated white cardboard. HPDE polymer and phosphor bronze materials are preferred.

2.Cleaning Blade: Widely used in the drying, pressing, and mesh sections of paper machines, its core function is to efficiently scrape off pulp residue, oil stains, debris, and condensate on the roller surface, cylinder surface, and mesh surface, prevent equipment scaling and paper sticking to the cylinder, protect valuable components such as drying cylinders and calendering rollers, reduce paper defects, and adapt to various paper machines. Carbon steel, stainless steel, and fiberglass materials can be selected according to the working conditions.

3.Creping Blade: exclusively used in the wrinkling section of toilet paper machines, it is the core component of toilet paper wrinkling molding. By precisely controlling the pressure and angle of the scraper, the toilet paper forms uniform and soft wrinkles, improving its fluffiness and feel, while avoiding scratching the wrinkling cylinder. Carbon fiber and HPDE polymer materials are preferred, suitable for various toilet paper production lines.
