Multi Disc Filter Bag
The filter bag of multi disc filter is suitable for fan-shaped filter plate of various types of multi disc filter. The secret lies in its rare fabric ripple structure. The multi disc filter bag made of this corrugated fabric can increase the surface area of fan-shaped filter plate by up to 29%, so the production capacity of multi disc filter can be increased by 10% to 25%. The corrugated structure of the filter bag is also conducive to the stripping of the filter cake.
Application of the Filter Bag
1. White water treatment of paper machine, recycled pulp and filler (white water recovery)
2. Concentration of all kinds of pulp after screening or before bleaching, especially for low consistency pulp with poor filtration (pulp concentration)
3. The washing of pulp can spray the pulp layer on the roll out section plate for conversion washing (pulp washing)
4. Filtration of alkali recovery caustic white liquor and washing on white mud plate (white liquor filtration)
