Product Description

Pulping Machine Fiber Separator

Fibre separator is mainly used after the hydraulic pulper, used to deal with the pulp and other materials from the hydraulic pulper after crushing. It has the functions of secondary shredding of small pieces of paper and fibre removal and can separate the light and heavy impurities in the pulp, with the advantages of large production capacity, low power consumption and good removal effect, etc. The principle is to use the difference in the specific gravity of the fibres and impurities to remove the light and heavy impurities in the waste paper pulp.
 

Application

The fibre separator allows for further thinning of the waste pulp and separation of coarse impurities, and can be used in the main process or to handle the tailings of coarse screening. It is used in conjunction with a hydraulic pulper.

Material Select

1. The shell is made of stainless steel or carbon steel with wear-resistant and pressure-resistant design standard. Slurry from the inlet along the tangential direction into the simplified body, the rotor rotates at high speed to produce centrifugal force to break down the raw material, and the separation of light and heavy impurities, light impurities discharged from the centre of the cylinder gland, heavy impurities due to the principle of centrifugal force, along the tangential direction of the cylinder into the sand tank discharge.

2. The rotor adopts special shape design, which can effectively separate light and heavy impurities. The inner side of the rotor is equipped with a cleaning hose to prevent clogging of the sieve holes. Rotor blade is made of replaceable high wear-resistant high-strength alloy steel. The body of the rotor is cast steel or cast stainless steel (user's choice).
