SUN HONG LONG LIFE PRESS FELT

The press felt is mainly used in the press section of paper machines. It plays a crucial role in the dewatering process, ensuring high sheet dryness and uniformity. 

Sun Hong has two types of press felts, endless felt and seam felt. 

Our felts are suitable all kind of paper machine, such as tissue paper machine, cresent former tissue machine, kraft paper machine, corrugated paper machine, culture paper machine, writing paper machine,etc. 

We use imported raw material from Switzerland and Italy, and use the most advanced loom machine,weaving machine, needling machine, heat setting machine to make our felts, the maxium width up to 14mm, maxium suitable machine speed up to 2000m/min.

Single Layer paper machine press felt is made up of single base layer fabric and fiber layer. Base layer is woven from synthetic filament or multi-filament. The structure is designed base on different paper machine, different press position and different type of paper. 

Double Layer paper machine press felt includes 1+1 composite structure and double layer of MD yarn structure. 1+1 composite structure BOM is consisted of two different thickness of base material. Both of these base materials can be changed to different construction and sizes to suit the requirement of different paper machines.

Triple layer paper machine press felt includes 1 +2, 2 +1 and 1 +1 +1 composite BOM felt.
Applying to high speed of the paper machine for suction complex press, large diameter nip roll press and shoe press and can produce high-grade newsprint, write paper, paperboard etc.

 

Endless Felt

Sun Hong Endless Series Press Felt is a seamless, continuous belt used in the press section of paper machines. It plays a crucial role in the dewatering process, ensuring high sheet dryness and uniformity.
 

Seam Press Felt

1. Convenient:
Put on the press felt according to the direction of operation, choose the appropriate space and position for easy threading of the blanket.
2. Safety:
No need to move any pressure roller, guide roller or fixed support device, eliminating the safety hazards of conventional carpet replacement.
3. Efficient:
Compared to conventional replacement of blankets, it can save at least half of the time and quickly reach normal operating conditions.
