The Different Between Traditional Refiner and Sand Removing Machine

The sand removing machine integrates beating, refining, high-frequency dewatering, and sand removal, and has the function of multi-purpose. It is different from traditional single and double disc refiner and beating machines that use the friction force of flying knives and bottom knives to decompose fibers. Instead, it relies on the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the shock wave generated by the sand removal cone cap to disperse fibers. This new type of beating can effectively decompose and remove impurities. In the flow of pulp or fibers from the machine inlet to the outlet, the fibers are dispersed by the repeated action of centrifugal force and shock wave devices, and various impurities and metal nails can be separated from pulp and fibers.
