Our graphite sealing strips are applied for vacuum press roll,vacumm couch.Under the correct operation rules, it can be used for over two years without getting off the machine, which solves the problem of frequent shutdown and maintenance in the paper mill, and improves the startup rate.

It is mainly used for the vacuum rolls with the speed of 100 m / min to 1800 m / min.The length of the sealing strip produced by us can reach 11.45 meters, and there is no splicing and overlapping phenomenon during production. All the sealing strips are a whole strip.

The unreasonable material selection of the sealing strip of the vacuum suction roll may cause obvious damage to the roll shell and greatly shorten the service life of the roll shell. Therefore, the choice of sealing strip is very important.

Working Principle

Because of its high purity, the roller body rotates rapidly when it is used, and static electricity of the same pole is generated between the two. Under the mutual repulsion, a gap is formed. At the same time, the water ejected from the spray pipe or the water inhaled by vacuum rapidly forms a water ring between the inner wall of the roller body and the graphite sealing strip. When the water ring passes through the gap, a water layer is also formed, which is called water sealing layer.

Under the action of vacuum strong water absorption, when the water layer passes through the gap, a water seal layer is formed, which is tightly maintained and produces high sealing degree. Therefore, the characteristics of graphite seal are incomparable with other materials.
