Anti-static conveyor belt

Antistatic belt are made by polyester and conductive yarns(carbon wire/ bronze wire ),The function of the conductive yarn is to release the friction electrostatic which generated from high speed machine running. 
Antistatic polyester mesh is mainly used in environmental protection, high-density board production, rubber, chemical and other industries.

  

Anti static principle: the equipment using polyester mesh will generate static electricity when running at high speed. Through the conductive fiber in the polyester mesh, the static electricity can be released, so as to play an anti-static role.

Material 

1.Monofilament is the raw material for the production of net curtains, which is very important. Only high-quality monofilament can be made into high-quality good net.
2.We use the anti-hydrolysis monofilament of Zhejiang Quzhou Baste Mesh Co., Ltd., which has a good reputation in China.
3.The conductive wire of the radial wire is selected from the British Shakespeare monofilament, and the conductive wire of the weft wire is selected from the Korean Sakeland conductive wire.
