Product Description

How to test the paper?
The thickness tester is equipped with two parallel circular measuring surfaces, and the paper is placed between the two measuring surfaces for measurement. During the measurement, the pressure between the measuring surfaces is (100 ± 10) kPa, and the method of constant load is adopted to ensure that the pressure between the two measuring surfaces is uniform. When measuring thickness, the pressure measuring area is usually 200 m² [the diameter of the measuring surface is (16.0 ± 0.5) mm].
Adjust the zero point of the thickness gauge and place the sample between the open measuring surfaces. During the test, slowly move the other measuring surface to the sample at a speed lower than 3 mm /s, and pay attention to avoid any impact. Read the indicated value after the indicated value is stable, and usually complete the reading within 2-5s. Avoid artificially exerting any pressure on the thickness gauge.
