Sun Hong Pulp Pump


Pulp pump is a type of machinery widely used in the paper making industry. It is used for the circulation, lifting, and pressurization of media in pulp and alkali recovery industrial processes with a concentration of less than 6%.
It can also be used in the sugar industry to transport syrup with a concentration of less than 4% and a viscosity of less than 150mm2/s; The urban sewage discharge industry is used for the circulation, transportation, lifting, and pressurization of media in sewage treatment processes.


Horizontal Non-clogging Pulp Pump


The non-clogging pulp pump is a new type of energy-saving pulp pump. It has the characteristics of high speed, no or less leakage, good anti-clogging performance, stable operation, high reliability and compact structure. It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the use of semi-open or fully open impeller, the clearance between the wear plate and the front side of the impeller is adjustable, the shaft seal mainly adopts mechanical seal and uses high-precision bearings (D-grade precision) and high-quality bearing materials, etc.

Structure

1. Pulp pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, wear-resistant plate and suspension parts;

2. From the motor end, the motor rotates clockwise, and the pump is axially sucked and radially (middle) discharged;

3. The pump is a rear-opening structure, and the inlet and outlet pipes do not need to be disassembled during maintenance;

4. The pump shaft is supported by two high-precision rolling bearings and lubricated with thin oil (20# engine oil);

5. The shaft seal adopts two types of mechanical seal or packing;

6. The gap between the wear-resistant plate and the front side of the impeller can be adjusted by adjusting the screw to maintain the reliability of the continuous operation of the impeller;

7. The pump and the motor are directly connected by a pin coupling.
