Sun Hong Paper Machiney --Headbox

Headbox is one of the key core components in the forming section of a paper machine. It is mainly used to evenly spray and distribute the pulp suspension onto the forming fabric, ensuring stable paper formation and uniform basis weight across the entire paper width.
Our headbox adopts advanced hydraulic or air-cushion design, with precise flow control system, uniform weir outlet and high-quality wear-resistant structure. It features stable pulp flow, high precision, good uniformity, easy operation and low maintenance. It can effectively improve paper formation, reduce fiber flocculation, and ensure stable paper quality.
