The pump is mainly used to transport water, oil, acid-base liquid, emulsion, suspended lotion, liquid metal and other liquids, as well as liquid, gas mixture and liquid containing suspended solids.

We have many different type of pump such as Centrifugal Pump,Double Flow Centrifugal Pump,Low Pulse Pulp Pump,Middle Consistency Slurry Pump,Water Ring Vacuum Pump. Production processing is from 3D printing→make mould→casting,machining→dynamic balance test→assembly→performance test→packing

Features

1.All the bearings are heavy-duty, the shaft is made of two-way steel, the pump cover is designed with exhaust device, the auxiliary blades are relatively high, reducing the axial force and improving the efficiency of the pump.

2.Open impellers with renewable front wear plate and closed impeller with wear-ring.

3.Simple external adjustments for impeller wear from suction side.

 4.Gland Packed & Mechanical seal.
